Our client is a service driven organisation focused towards providing the SME marketplace with solid and reliable IT networks, infrastructure, hardware and business software solutions. Genuinely interested in the development of their technical service personnel they have recently opened a training facility for staff and customers with a remit to drive best practice and consistency across the business. Supporting SME`s across the North West you will ideally have experience across all levels of the small business infrastructure, IBM, HP and Dell from a hardware prospective and Microsoft server and desktop products. Knowledge of installing, configuring and supporting Sage and Pegasus is a must, as is knowledge of networking technologies and equipment. Citrix, Veritas and Sophos are key vendors for this organisation and should feature in your previous experience.
